My thought is that the 30 years spent at work which is becoming less and less relevant to produce direct value to progress ( → the performative by umberto eco) are slowly shifting towards a place of entertainment. Thus, corporate culture needs to be designed in a way that entertains its peons and increase their comfort to not leave while optimizing the overall output of the big problems they are solving. 2 flies with one catch: colorful workshops.
